How much does counselling/life coaching cost?
Counselling/Life coaching is an investment in your personal and professional development. I charge:

$120.00 for individual youth or teenage counselling sessions (under 21 years old)

$140.00 for adult counselling sessions, or
-
$140.00 for life coaching sessions.

$170.00 for family sessions.

$160.00 for couples sessions.

When are you available for appointments?
I am usually available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday's 11.00am to 1.30pm.

What forms of payment do you take?
Clients can pay for counselling sessions either via, cash or bank transfer.
What if I have to cancel an appointment?
I understand that sometimes you will need to change appointment times. In which usually there is no charge, however if the "cancellation" is made with less than with 24 hours notice.​ There will be the full charge of the session cost.
I have never attended counselling before. What should I expect?

It’s completely normal to feel unsure or even a little nervous before your first counselling session — many people do. Please don’t let that hold you back. My role is to meet you with kindness, compassion, and a gentle pace that feels right for you.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share a little about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and how I can best support you. This time is for you, and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
There’s no pressure, no judgment — just space for you to begin your journey in a way that feels safe and supported.
We’ll work together to begin opening up awareness, building trust, and exploring how to help you reconnect with yourself.
